The 30,790 SF space located in Downtown Wilmington provided a new home for both the Justice of the Peace Courts 10 & 20, which were relocated from other downtown state owned facilities.
This 11,600 SF facility houses the first research fMRI scanner in the State of Delaware serving researchers campus and statewide.
Project included the construction of a new 19,200-SF medical office building in Middletown, DE, along with a second-floor fit-out for American Kidney Care and its dialysis services.
Originally constructed in the 1950’s, Bancroft completed an extensive renovation to the Eugene du Pont Preventive Medicine & Rehabilitation Institute at Pelleport.
The nearly 9,000-SF fit-out at the Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children created spaces for reading and other activities such as arts and crafts, dramatic play, and table games.
Beyond construction of a brand-new six-story, 100+ room suite-type hotel, the project also included stormwater management, landscaping and DelDOT improvements to the site.
This fast-tracked project involved the complete fit-out of a 50,000-SF office floor for Axalta Coating Systems, featuring high-end finishes and accommodating state-of-the-art technology.
The Archer Group tenant improvement project involved a 20,000-SF corporate office fit-out for the organization within an existing and co-occupied building in Downtown Wilmington.
Replacing the original facility constructed in 1953, the new diagnostic laboratories will focus primarily on poultry diseases that could impact the industry and keep Marylanders safe.
