The Stevensville Middle School Project encompassed nearly $19MM worth of major renovations and 10,000-SF worth of additions. Key aspects of the project, which was built for LEED Silver Certification, included the construction of a new entrance, the expansion of the cafeteria, the infill of a service corridor, a reconfigured parking lot and a new service drive with loading area. In addition, the project involved the complete overhaul of the building’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sound, and security systems.
