The Sheridan Ford Addition & Renovation project involved major renovations to the existing 34,687 SF dealership including replacement of the existing HVAC system, fire suppression upgrades as well as new concrete floors throughout. Architectural improvements included new flooring, upgrades to the restrooms, library / break-room and customer lounge facilities, and upgrades to the telecommunications systems. The exterior of the building received a new storefront assembly as well as new ACM panels.
