During the summer of 2018, Bancroft completed a 12-week, $6.8MM renovation to Salisbury University’s Severn Hall, which was originally occupied in 1990. The project included the renovation of the residence hall’s common areas and bathrooms in order to match two other recently renovated residence halls identical in original design to Severn Hall. Severn Hall is a new-student, high-rise, cluster, co-ed, residence hall. It houses 236 students on six floors with a building director and five resident assistants.
