The project includes the new construction of a 26,164-SF replacement animal health laboratory facility for the Maryland Department of Agriculture. Construction included demolition of existing buildings, structures, security fencing, utilities, etc., for construction of the new facility to replace the existing facilities. Additional buildings on the property remained in use throughout construction. This facility aims to achieve LEED Silver Certification upon completion of the project.
