Bancroft completed extensive renovations to a former printing plant for the Star Ledger in Piscataway, NJ. The existing abandoned warehouse building was purchased by MSN Pharmaceutical, Inc., with the intent to move and grow their business into New Jersey. The project included extensive renovation work to corporate offices, research laboratories, a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant as well as an upgraded exterior facade.
