The MRMS Wellness Plaza project included the construction of a brand-new 19,200 SF medical office building in Middletown, Delaware. The two-story, wood framed professional/medical office building was designed by Christopher Kidd & Associates. Bancroft also completed a second floor fit-out of core and shell space for American Kidney Care featuring state-of-the-art dialysis machines and heated massage dialysis chairs to provide comfort to our patients ensuring optimal delivery of care. Construction was completed with an expedited schedule starting in May of 2019 to allow for patients to be seen before the new year.
