Bancroft’s Special Projects Division completed a renovation of the existing HVAC System in the approximately 4-story, twenty room National Historic Landmark. Bancroft’s in-house MEP resources worked extensively with the owner and the engineer to ensure the best system selection and process were being incorporated into this very important project at the George Read II House. Throughout the duration of construction, the Read House remained open for tours, events and other already scheduled activities by the owner.
