Bancroft worked with Fearn Clendaniel on a brand-new Performing Arts Center for the Sanford School. The project incorporated extensive renovations to the historic Geipel building and add a newly constructed addition that, for the first time in Sanford’s history, brought all of their performing arts programs together. The project included construction of a 400-seat performance auditorium, practice/instructional rooms, a music technology room, classrooms and faculty office space.
