The Four Points by Sheraton Hotel Renovation and Addition project involved the complete reconstruction/renovation of an existing hotel building, with the vertical addition of three floors. Formerly operated as a Comfort Suites, the existing 33,000-SF, 65-room hotel was converted into a 70,000-SF, 120-room contemporary hotel for Sheraton’s Starwood brand.
