Bancroft recently completed The Nest Newark, which involved the demolition of an existing hotel and the construction of a new, five-story mixed-use apartment building along Main Street in Newark, DE. The ground-floor podium contains approximately 2,900 SF of shell retail space, common area space for the residents, including a leasing office, and covered parking. Floors two, three, four, and five are comprised of 56 apartment units. The Nest Newark serves as off-campus luxury student housing for University of Delaware students.
