Safety

Bancroft Construction prides itself on providing a safe work environment for every employee while assigned to our projects. Bancroft Construction is proud to be a fully tobacco, alcohol, and drug-free workplace.

Safety Awards

 

Safety Standards

Before setting foot on our jobsite, all subcontractors complete Bancroft’s safety orientation training to ensure they are familiar with Bancroft’s policies and procedures on our projects.

Subcontractors’ field personnel will receive a hard hat sticker which is valid for one year.
All subcontractors are required to submit safety-conscious plans to our team (ex. Cranes, Fall Protection, Silica Exposure) in order to begin project work with us.
