Bancroft Construction recently secured the DeMutis Group’s Steelworks project, a five-acre multifamily/mixed-use development located in Phoenixville, PA. Winning this project was a significant achievement, given the challenging task of adhering to a strict budget. The project encompasses 600,000 square feet, featuring 375 market-rate apartments that include a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. Additionally, the structure will comprise a 250,000-square-foot, two-level podium with 45,000 square feet of retail space, parking for 610 vehicles, and a public piazza.
