Bancroft Named a Top Workplace for the 7th Consecutive Year!

Bancroft Construction is honored to have earned second place in the midsize category in Delaware Online/The News Journal’s Top Workplaces for 2023! Bancroft has proudly ranked among the state’s Top Workplaces since 2017. The award is based solely on employee feedback collected through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few. 

Additionally, Bancroft’s President and CEO, Greg Sawka, received the 2023 Leadership Award! The Leadership Award celebrates organizational leaders who inspire confidence in employees and the company’s direction. “While this award is given to CEOs, any accolades belong to the members of Team Bancroft. Our people are the backbone of what makes Bancroft better, and we wouldn’t be where we are today without each team member! The survey responses and feedback detailing our open-door policy, positive culture, and confidence in our leadership team were all deciding factors for this achievement.” Remarked Greg. 

Earlier this month, Bancroft’s Vice President of Organizational Development, Cindy Campanella, and Marketing Coordinator, Ellie Brancato, attended the Top Workplaces live event at The Queen in Wilmington, Delaware, celebrating each winning company and accepting awards on Bancroft and Greg’s behalf. 

“For the past seven years, we have proudly displayed the Top Workplaces award as a badge of honor, reflecting our teams’ positivity and our company’s culture,” said Cindy Campanella.
