Bancroft Earns Spot on Top Workplace List for Fifth Consecutive Year

Bancroft is honored to be named a Top Workplace for the 5th consecutive year by The News Journal! The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.

The Top Workplaces title, similar to our Guiding Principles, is not merely words on paper. Leaving a tumultuous year, this designation carries even greater significance for our Team. Together, we have proven that steadfast devotion to our employees and a customer-first mindset are part of who we are as individuals and as a company.

The future is bright at Bancroft; we are proud to share that our newest office in Salisbury, MD continues to develop and progress within the Mid-Atlantic region. We have received numerous new contracts within the past year, which support our organizational strategy by expanding our footprint within the area.
