Bancroft Earns Spot on Top Workplace List for 4th Consecutive Year
August 23, 2020 2:51 pmBancroft is pleased to have been named to the Top Workplaces list for the fourth year in a row by The News Journal! Looking back at 2020 thus far, it is certainly not the year we expected it to be. Through the uncertainty, we quickly adapted to a new normal and continue to be successful as a result of the hard work and dedication of everyone on Team Bancroft.
“Our team has put in tremendous effort this year to keeping our work moving forward despite the day to day challenges that our industry has been met with,” said Greg Sawka, President and CEO of Bancroft Construction Company. “To be named to the Top Workplaces list for a fourth consecutive year is a testament to the dedication of our team to each other, our company, and our clients.”
The Top Workplaces title is confirmation of the many positive employee-focused initiatives and activities, which Bancroft dedicates its resources to. We continue to strive to provide exceptional construction services to our clients while maintaining an exciting environment for our employees featuring an employee appreciation program, ongoing training and certifications, safety and wellness strategies, and company-wide events.
This year has brought many new and exciting things to Bancroft including the opening of our Salisbury, MD office and a move to a larger satellite office in Princeton, NJ. The commitment to continuous improvement and client excellence from our employees has allowed both of these things to happen.
We are proud to once again be in the company of some of our industry and business partners as a Top Workplace. Congratulations to WSFS Bank, CSC, ChristianaCare, Nickle Electrical Companies, United Electrical Supply, TKO Hospitality Management, Duffield Associates, Mt. Cuba Center, Children & Families First, and BrightFields, Inc. on being named a 2020 Top Workplace by The News Journal. Without our employees and partners, we would not be where we are today.
The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
