Bancroft’s Maryland Office is Now Open!

Bancroft Construction Company is pleased to announce our official move into the Salisbury, MD market! Located in the Northwood Professional Center in Salisbury, Bancroft’s new office is strategically located in between downtown Salisbury and Sussex County, Delaware, which will allow our Salisbury team to service both regions effectively.

The office will be led by Project Executive Rob Jadick and Project Manager Eric Butler, who both bring extensive experience working in the local market. With the addition of Cheryl Fearn who brings 20 years of Bancroft experience to her new role as Administrative Manager, the team will work together to successfully execute Bancroft’s mission to continue to provide best-in-class construction management services within the region. Bancroft’s current network of clients in the region includes Maryland Department of General Services, Sussex Montessori School, Worcester County, Harvey Hanna & Associates, and Salisbury University.

One of the goals with the establishment of an office is to show Bancroft’s commitment to the workforce in the area.
