Continuing Construction at MSN Laboratories

What’s inside? Bancroft is continuing renovations to MSN Laboratories’ state-of-the-art 225,000-SF pharmaceutical facility in Piscataway, NJ, which was formerly the Star Ledger Building. Projects include renovations and interior fit-outs of Nicomac cleanrooms, R&D labs, warehouse racking with DEA vault and storage cage, conference rooms, and offices, as well as a new building façade, reception area, and lobby. MSN Group is one of the fastest growing manufacturers of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and Finished Dosages in India, and additionally was the first to introduce generic pharmaceuticals to the country. This is MSN’s first facility in the United States.
